We offer two beautiful, light-filled spaces for hire. Prices include full use of amenities and props. Please include setup and pack-down time in your booking.
Studio 1 – Ground Floor (Yogic Vibe)
Capacity: 46 on mats / up to 100 standing

Weekday Off-Peak (before 5pm): £66/hr

For venue hire, we have two distinct spaces available: book them separately or together for complete privacy.
Teachers and facilitators can book the venue on a regular basis.

You can offload right outside the entrance, but we don’t offer free parking. Nearby parking options include:
Morrison’s: 2 hours free
Street parking: up to 4 hours
Holiday Inn (around the corner): £15 for 10 hours (pay at hotel)

We’re staff-free for the time of your venue hire, but we’re often around.
We’ll aim to meet you beforehand and show you the space you've hired. You’ll then lead the event your way. This helps us keep costs down so you can enjoy better rates.

No. Please make sure your booking includes the time you need to set up and leave the space as you found it.
It usually takes 10 minutes to set up and 15-20 minutes to clean up after the event, so account for at least 30 minutes on top of your event time. This ensures everyone runs on time.

We luv the vibe of candles (electrical only) and incense. We even went a bit beyond and brought back incense sticks from Bali to bring that extra magic to your practice. You’re welcome to use them - they’re located on the main bench with the pillows.

Yes, we’ve created a special collection for those who choose to hire our venue.
Images will be attached to your booking confirmation email. You’re also welcome to use content from our Instagram profiles (just tag us when you post).

We don’t provide catering services ourselves, but we do have everything you need to enjoy food and snacks comfortably during your event:
A built-in bar table and an extra table in the main space
Sofas and chairs by the entrance (next to the water cooler and vending machine)
The option to hire the mezzanine Industrial Vibe space for extra room
If you’re bringing your own food, you're welcome just please be mindful and protect the floors, walls, fittings, and furniture from stains or spills, as any damage incurred will be charged according to our Studio Hire Terms.
We also have an amazing chef that we use for our events. Interested? Let us know, and we’ll happily share the details.

We don’t list one-off events on the website (only those that run regularly), just to keep things from getting overcrowded.
That said — we love supporting our community. Please feel free to tag and mention us on Instagram when sharing your event, and we’ll happily reshare your stories.

You’re most welcome to share how your event went with us privately or on social media. We’ll share it with our community with references to you - you never know what might happen by spreading the word.

Yes, we luv our Mother Nature. Please separate your rubbish into recycling and general waste bins accordingly.

Our downstairs Yogic Vibe downstairs space is equipped with a Bose sound system for fantastic sound at your events. These speakers deliver great sound quality and are easy to use.
For events in the upstairs Industrial Vibe space, we provide a portable JBL speaker that delivers beautiful sound.

No. We’re an intentional, energy-focused space. No alcohol or drugs are allowed.

We require full upfront payment.
Full refund available if cancelled more than 30 days in advance.
After that, bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please read our Studio Hire Etiquette for full details.

We curate consciously and may decline bookings that don’t align with the space’s intention. You’ll be notified within 72 hours of placing a hire booking in case it needs to be cancelled.

We have two spaces at Luv Yourself studio: upstairs and downstairs. You can hire either one individually or book the entire venue for exclusive use, ensuring full privacy for your group.
